Ingredients
- 400 g penne
- 500 g lamb fillet
- 2 Zucchini
- 4 tomatoes
- 4 tbsp olive oil
- 150 ml red wine
- 8 sage leaves
- Salt
- Pepper (freshly ground)
- sage leaf (for garnish)
Instructions

Cook pasta in plenty of boiling salted water until al dente.

Cut lamb fillet into portions and season with salt and pepper.

Wash, trim, halve zucchini lengthwise and slice crosswise.

Wash tomatoes, quarter, deseed, and dice.

Heat olive oil in a pan and quickly sear lamb pieces all sides, add zucchini and sauté briefly. Pour in red wine and simmer for about 5 minutes. Stir in tomatoes and finely chopped sage leaves, season with salt and pepper.

Drain pasta and plate with lamb, vegetables, and some sauce, garnish with sage leaves and serve.
