Ingredients
- 250 g tomatoes
- 1 yellow bell pepper
- 200 g Green beans
- 2 red chilies
- 1 onion
- 1 Garlic clove
- 600 g lamb meat (from the shank)
- 2 tbsp oil
- 1 tbsp red or yellow curry paste (depending on desired heat)
- 1 tsp ground coriander
- 1 tsp paprika powder
- Salt
- Pepper
- 200 ml vegetable broth
- 200 g okra pods
- 1 tbsp vinegar
- 100 g heavy cream
- 1 tbsp lime juice
Instructions

Wash tomatoes, halve, core and dice small. Halve bell pepper lengthwise, core, wash and cut into bite-sized pieces.

Trim beans, wash and cut into 3–4 cm long pieces. Split chilies lengthwise, core, wash and slice thinly.

Peel onion and garlic and finely dice. Wash lamb meat, pat dry and cut into bite-sized cubes.
