Ingredients
- 4 lamb chops
- 1 clove garlic (pressed)
- 1 leek stalk
- 100 g radishes
- 4 thyme sprigs
- 1 rosemary sprig
- 1 tarragon sprig
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp butter
- 100 ml White wine
- Salt
- black pepper (freshly ground)
Instructions

Wash the lamb, pat dry, season with salt and pepper, then sear in 2 tbsp of not-too-hot oil with the herb sprigs and garlic on both sides for about 4‑5 minutes until pink.

Wash and trim the leek, slice diagonally into rounds.

Wash and trim the radishes, cut them in half or quarters depending on size.

Sauté both vegetables in hot butter, deglaze with white wine, and stir until the liquid has almost evaporated. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Arrange the vegetables on preheated plates and serve the lamb on top.
