- 2 green chili peppers
- 2 Garlic cloves
- 1 piece fresh ginger (2 cm)
- 0.5 bunch coriander leaves
- 6 sprigs fresh mint
- 4 tbsp Lemon juice
- 3 tbsp oil
- a pinch chili powder
- 2 tsp ground coriander
- 1 tsp ground cumin
- Salt
- black pepper
- 640 g lamb chops (8 lamb chops)
- lemon wedges (for garnish)
- lemon juice (to drizzle)
Instructions

Coarsely chop the chili peppers, peel and finely mince the garlic and ginger. Wash, dry, and coarsely chop the coriander leaves and mint. Blend everything with lemon juice, oil, and spices in a blender. Season with salt and pepper. Refrigerate.

Pat the chops dry, season with salt, and grill both sides quickly until brown. Alternatively, sear them in a hot skillet for 3 minutes per side. Drizzle with lemon juice and serve on a preheated platter topped with the spice mixture. Garnish with lemon slices.
