Ingredients

  • 5 kumquats
  • 30 ml lime juice
  • 15 ml cane sugar syrup
  • 40 ml Cachaça
  • 20 ml Triple Sec Curaçao
  • crushed ice
  • Mint sprig (for garnish)

Instructions

    Halve the kumquats and place them in a tall glass.

    Fill with crushed ice and pour the remaining ingredients into the glass.

    Stir with a bar spoon and serve garnished with mint.
