  • 1 bundle wild herbs (e.g., cat's balm, wild garlic, bear's garlic, sorrel), freshly chopped
  • 6 corn husks (fillets, ready to cook)
  • Salt
  • pepper (ground)
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice

Instructions

    Halve the husk fillets lengthwise, season with salt, pepper and lemon juice, distribute herbs on top, roll together and bind with chives.

    Heat the broth. Place the husk rolls in a hot soup bowl, pour the hot broth into the bowl and let it sit covered for several minutes until the husk rolls are cooked. Serve with some herb leaves.
