Ingredients
- 500 g mixed ground meat
- 1 shallot (finely chopped)
- 1 stale roll
- milk (for soaking)
- 1 egg
- 2 tbsp chopped parsley
- Salt
- ground pepper

- 2 tbsp butter
- 2 tbsp flour
- 125 ml meat broth
- 200 ml whipping cream
- 70 g lingonberries (canned)

Sauté the shallot in hot butter until translucent, soak the roll in milk, squeeze out excess liquid and add to the ground meat along with the egg; mix well with parsley, salt, and pepper. Shape small balls with wet hands and fry them in hot clarified butter until golden brown on all sides.

For the sauce, sauté the shallot in hot butter, dust with flour, continue cooking while stirring, then pour in the broth, add the cream, and simmer for about 15 minutes; season with salt and pepper and stir in lingonberries to taste.
