Ingredients
- 8 kiwis
- 2 limes
- 2 stems Mint
- 8 sprigs thyme
- 12 ice cubes
- 1 tbsp liquid honey
Instructions

Peel and slice the kiwis; set aside 4 slices for garnish. Cut the limes in half and squeeze out the juice. Wash and dry the herbs, then pluck off 4 mint leaves to reserve. Set aside 4 thyme sprigs and remove a few leaves from the rest.

Blend the kiwi slices with lime juice, herbs, ice cubes, and honey until smooth. If desired, thin with cold water.

Pour the smoothie into glasses and garnish with remaining herbs and kiwi slices.
