Ingredients
- 1 onion
- 2 tbsp oil
- 250 g ground beef
- Salt
- Pepper
- 400 g kidney beans (1 can)
- 400 g peeled tomatoes (1 can)
- 500 ml meat broth
- 0.25 tsp chili powder
- 4 tbsp Sour cream
- 2 stalks coriander
- 8 corn chips
Instructions

Peel and finely chop the onion. Heat oil in a pan and sauté onions until translucent, then add ground beef and cook for about 8 minutes until crumbly and brown. Season with salt and pepper.

Pour kidney beans and tomatoes with their can liquid into a pot. Slightly crush the tomatoes with a fork. Add meat broth and bring to a boil.

Stir in the cooked ground beef and season with salt, pepper, and chili powder; taste for seasoning. Wash coriander leaves and shake dry.

Serve the kid-friendly chili con carne in cups topped with sour cream and sprinkled with coriander. Serve with corn chips on the side.
