Spoonsparrow Keto Porridge with Blackberries – a sweet start to the day with only 9 grams of carbohydrates!

Ingredients

  • 300 ml Almond drink (Almond milk)
  • 0.25 tsp vanilla powder
  • 30 g hemp seeds
  • 20 g almond flour (partially sifted)
  • 30 g coconut flakes
  • 2 tsp flaxseeds
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 20 g almonds
  • 50 g fresh blackberries (or thawed frozen)
  • 2 tbsp Almond Butter
  • 1 tsp Sunflower seeds
  • 1 tsp pumpkin seeds

Instructions

    Heat the almond drink and vanilla powder in a pot. Mix hemp seeds, almond flour, coconut flakes, flaxseeds, and salt; add to the pot and let it thicken for about 5 minutes over medium heat, stirring occasionally.

    Meanwhile, chop the almonds. Wash, dry, and pat the blackberries.

    Serve the keto porridge in bowls and garnish with chopped almonds, blackberries, almond butter, sunflower seeds, and pumpkin seeds.
