Ingredients

  • 1 head of Chinese cabbage
  • 2 ripe pears
  • 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
  • ½ bunch chives
  • 4 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp white balsamic vinegar
  • Salt
  • ground pepper

Instructions

    Wash and cut the Chinese cabbage into leafy strips. Wash, quarter, core, dice the pears and mix with lemon juice. Dice the ham into small cubes.

    Wash the chives, shake dry and slice into rolls. Mix the olive oil with the vinegar and season with salt, pepper and a pinch of sugar. Combine the cabbage with the pear and ham cubes and the vinaigrette, divide into bowls and garnish with chive rolls before serving.
