Ingredients

  • 300 g soba noodles (Japanese buckwheat noodles)
  • 2 bell peppers (yellow and red)
  • Salt
  • 1 tsp chili flakes
  • 2 tbsp Light soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp sunflower oil

Instructions

    Wash the bell peppers, halve them, remove seeds, and cut into small cubes. Heat the oil in a pan and sauté the pepper pieces for about 8 minutes, stirring frequently over medium heat. Add the chili flakes and continue to steam briefly. Remove the pan from the stove and season with soy sauce.

    Cook the soba noodles according to package instructions and drain. Mix them with the pan contents, season with salt, and serve immediately.
