Italian Fish Soup

Ingredients
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 red chili pepper
- 2 dried peperoncini
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 500 g waxy potatoes
- 4 tomatoes
- Salt
- 200 g large shrimp, prepped peeled and deveined
- 400 g fish fillet (e.g., cod)
- 400 g mussels

Step 1: Peel and finely chop the garlic. Wash, deseed, and finely chop the red chili pepper. Crumble the dried peperoncini and sauté with the chili and garlic in a pot of hot olive oil for 1-2 minutes.

Step 2: Peel, wash, and cut the potatoes into pieces. Wash the tomatoes, remove the stems, and cut them into chunks. Add both to the pot and pour in about 1 liter of water. Season with salt and simmer for about 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Step 3: Rinse the shrimp, fish fillet, and mussels; clean the mussels. Add the fish and shrimp to the soup.

Step 4: Add the mussels, reduce heat, and let it cook gently for another 10 minutes until just cooked through. Taste and serve.
