Ingredients

  • 250 g Quark (20 % fat)
  • 1 piece ginger (4 cm)
  • 1 EL water
  • Salt
  • Pepper (freshly ground)
  • 4 ringelblumen flowers (best in organic quality)

Instructions

    Peel the ginger and grate finely. Mix quark, water, ginger, salt, and pepper.

    Pick the petals from 3 flowers and fold them into the quark mixture.

    Serve garnished with the remaining flowers. A hearty whole-grain bread pairs well.
