Indian-Style Yogurt Shake with Cucumber and Kiwi

Ingredients

  • 2 small kiwis
  • 2 mini cucumbers (bread-time cucumbers)
  • 0.5 bunch dill
  • 200 ml thick milk
  • 2 tbsp nutritional yeast
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • 100 ml cold mineral water

Instructions

    Peel the kiwis and cucumbers. Remove cucumber seeds and blend cucumber flesh with kiwis until smooth.

    Wash the dill, cut into small pieces, and add to the blender along with thick milk and nutritional yeast. Blend until a homogeneous mixture forms.

    Season with salt and pepper, pour in mineral water, and blend briefly again. Pour into glasses and serve garnished with dill.
