Icy Orange Salad with Apples

Ingredients
- 3 oranges
- 2 lemons
- 3 apples
- 3 tbsp Raisins
- 1 cinnamon stick
- 1 tbsp chopped pistachios
- 1 bottle dry white wine (well chilled)
- lemon balm leaves (for garnish, small leaflets)
- Ice cubes
- honey (to taste)
Instructions

Peel the oranges and lemons with a sharp knife, slice into rounds and then cut smaller. Peel apples as needed, quarter them, remove cores, and slice crosswise into small pieces.

Wash raisins and drain. Mix and season with honey. Combine all ingredients in a glass bowl, pour wine over, add ice cubes, and garnish with lemon balm leaves before serving.
