Ingredients
- 300 g Ground Beef
- 2 tomatoes (peeled, seeded and finely diced)
- 1 onion (finely chopped)
- 1 Garlic clove
- 1 green peppercorn (seeded, finely diced)
- 200 g canned kidney beans
- 1 tbsp oil
- 80 g grated cheese
- Salt
- black pepper (freshly ground)
- 1 tsp Cayenne pepper
- 4 boiled sausages
- 4 long rolls
Instructions

Sauté onions in hot oil until translucent, squeeze in garlic and let cook, add ground beef and brown. Add drained beans, tomatoes and peppercorns, season with salt, cayenne pepper and black pepper, simmer gently for about 30 minutes.

Boil water, remove from heat, add sausages, cover and let sit for 10 minutes.

Slice rolls, spread the meat‑bean mixture on them, place one sausage each, sprinkle cheese, then fold together.
