Ingredients

  • 125 g high‑bitter chocolate
  • 1 l milk
  • 1 Vanilla bean
  • 30 g sugar
  • 4 cinnamon sticks (optional)

Instructions

    Bring the milk to a boil with the split vanilla bean.

    Break the chocolate into pieces and melt it in a small pot with some hot milk. Remove the vanilla bean and stir the melted chocolate and sugar into the hot milk.

    Serve by pouring into glasses and garnish with cinnamon sticks.
