Ingredients
- 1 kg pork neck (pre-cooked, boneless)
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 untreated lemon (juice)
- 4 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp Sweet paprika powder
- Salt
- black pepper (freshly ground)

Rinse the pork neck, pat dry and cut into eight roughly equal thin slices. Whisk together honey, lemon juice, olive oil, paprika, salt and pepper; combine with the meat slices in a bowl and cover for at least 2 hours in the refrigerator.

Preheat the grill, place the pork slices on it and grill each side for 4–5 minutes. Plate and garnish with parsley. Serve with optional stuffed grilled tomatoes and fresh leafy salad.
