Ingredients

  • 2.5 kg apples
  • 50 ml good white wine vinegar

Instructions

    Wash apples, cut them into small pieces and press firmly into a large glass jar.

    Bring about 750 ml water to a boil, cover the apple pieces with it, seal the jar, and let stand at room temperature (about 18 °C) for two weeks. Then strain the apples through a muslin cloth and allow the juice to drain.
