- 5 dried hibiscus flowers
- 1 stalk mint
- 0.5 bunch Lemon balm
- 2 lemons (juice)
- 3 tbsp sugar
- 1 packet vanilla sugar

Steep the hibiscus flowers in 1.5 liters of boiling water, add mint and lemon balm, and let it steep covered for up to 20 minutes.

Strain through a fine sieve, add lemon juice, and sweeten with sugar and vanilla sugar. Serve well chilled.
