Hibiscus iced tea: almost no calories – but lots of flavor! Hibiscus tea is good for heart and circulation. Even three cups a day can easily lower high blood pressure.
Ingredients
- 2 tea bags of hibiscus tea
- 50 ml cranberry juice (unsweetened; health food store)
- liquid sweetener (to taste)
- 2 edible flowers
- Ice cubes
Instructions

Brew the tea bags with 350 ml boiling water according to package instructions and let it cool.

Stir in the cranberry juice and adjust sweetness with liquid sweetener to taste. Serve over ice cubes in glasses, garnished with one flower each.
