Ingredients
- 2 Spring Onions
- 300 g low‑fat quark
- 150 g plain yogurt
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- Salt
- black pepper (freshly ground)
- 4 Tbsp toasted sesame seeds

Wash, trim, dry, and finely slice the spring onions. Mix the quark with the yogurt and lemon juice; fold in the sliced onions and season with salt and pepper.

Using a melon baller or ice‑cream scoop, form balls from the quark mixture, roll them in toasted sesame seeds, and arrange on salad leaves for serving.
