Herb Cream Dressing

Ingredients

• 100 g whipping cream
• 4 tbsp oil
• 2 tbsp white wine vinegar
• Salt
• pepper (ground)
• 0.5 tsp mustard
• 0.5 tsp Sugar
• 1 tbsp finely chopped parsley
• 1 tbsp finely chopped tarragon leaves
• 1 tbsp finely chopped chives

   Stir salt, sugar, vinegar, pepper and mustard together; whisk the oil into it with a whisk, then fold in the cream, taste and stir in the herbs.
