- 250 g soft butter
- Salt
- Pepper (freshly ground)
- 2 tbsp finely chopped herbs (parsley, chervil, scallion rings)
- 2 tbsp finely chopped flowers of nasturtium (red and yellow)
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 1 Garlic clove
- aluminum foil
Instructions

Whisk the butter with salt and pepper until creamy. Mix in the herbs, flowers, and lemon juice. Peel the garlic, squeeze it into the mixture, and stir well.

Shape the mixture into a roll, wrap it in aluminum foil, and refrigerate.
