Ingredients
- 100 g Hazelnuts
- 600 g ripe bananas (4 ripe bananas)
- 100 ml Rapeseed oil
- 70 ml Maple syrup
- Pinch Cinnamon powder
- Pinch Nutmeg powder
- Pinch Salt
- 40 ml Oat drink (Oat milk) (4 tbsp)
- 280 g Spelt whole grain flour
- 0.5 packet Baking powder
- 40 g ground almonds (2 tbsp)
Instructions

Roughly chop the hazelnuts and set aside. Peel the bananas, cut them into small pieces and mash them with a fork or a hand blender.

Cream the bananas together with oil, maple syrup, cinnamon, nutmeg, salt and oat milk with a hand mixer. Sift the flour with baking powder and mix it into the banana mixture. Then fold in the almonds and the rest of the hazelnuts.

Fill the dough into a loaf pan lined with baking paper and sprinkle with the remaining hazelnuts. Bake the healthy banana bread in a preheated oven at 180 °C (160 °C convection; Gas: level 2–3) for about 50–60 minutes until golden brown.
