Ingredients

  • 200 g Chicken breast fillet
  • 1 tsp mild curry powder
  • Salt
  • 1 tsp flour (type 1050)
  • 400 g large potatoes (3 large potatoes)
  • 300 g carrots (3 carrots)
  • 1 onion
  • 2 tbsp Rapeseed oil
  • 1 tbsp sour cream

Instructions

    Rinse the chicken breast fillet, pat dry with kitchen paper and cut into small pieces.

    In a bowl mix curry powder, salt and flour. Thoroughly coat the chicken pieces.

    Wash, peel and cube the potatoes about 1 cm each.

  4. 4.

    Peel, wash and slice the carrots into ½ cm thick rounds.

    Dice the onion finely and sauté in hot oil until translucent.

  6. 6.

    Add the chicken, potatoes and carrots, stir briefly. Lightly season and cook for another 2–3 minutes until lightly browned.

    Pour in 200 ml water, cover and simmer for about 10 minutes. If liquid reduces too much, add a little more water. Stir in sour cream, taste again and serve.
