Ham and Mushroom Pizza

Ingredients
- 0.5 cube yeast (21 g)
- 1 pinch sugar
- 450 g flour
- 4 tbsp olive oil
- oil (for the baking tray)
- 1 tsp salt
- 400 g passata tomatoes
- 1 tsp dried thyme
- 0.5 tsp dried marjoram
- Salt
- pepper (from the mill)
- 1 pinch sugar
- 300 g mozzarella
- 6 slices cooked ham
- 6 mushrooms
- 1 minced garlic clove
- 4 tbsp olive oil
- 20 g basil

Preheat the oven to 200°C fan.

For the dough, crumble the yeast into a bowl, mix with sugar and 200 ml lukewarm water until smooth. Add flour, 4 tbsp olive oil and salt, knead into a supple dough. Cover and let rise in a warm place for about 1 hour. Shape the dough into 4 balls, roll out into thin discs of ~26 cm diameter on lightly floured surface and place on 4 oiled baking trays.

Stir the passata with ½ tsp thyme and marjoram. Season lightly with salt, pepper and sugar to taste. Spread the mixture over the bases. Slice mozzarella thinly and distribute over the tomato sauce. Cut ham into pieces and scatter over it. Clean mushrooms, slice them and add on top of the pizza as well. Sprinkle remaining thyme and garlic. Drizzle with olive oil and bake in the preheated oven for about 25 minutes until golden brown and serve.
