Halloween Spaghetti Bolognese

Spaghetti Bolognese from Spoonsparrow must not be missing at any spooky party!
Ingredients
- 1 onion
- 10 g parsley (0.5 bunch)
- 600 g ground beef
- 1 egg
- 2 tbsp Whole wheat breadcrumbs
- 1 tbsp mustard
- Salt
- Pepper
- 1 tbsp Olive Oil
- 0.5 green bell pepper
- 0.5 red bell pepper
- 1 tbsp mayonnaise
- 8 capers
Instructions

Peel and finely dice the onion. Wash, dry shake, and chop the parsley leaves. Combine onion, parsley, ground beef, egg, breadcrumbs, and mustard in a bowl. Season with salt and pepper, then mix well.

Shape small patties with wet hands. Heat olive oil in a pan. Add the patties and fry for 10 minutes over medium heat.

Wash the bell peppers and cut into thin strips. Arrange the patties on a plate for serving. Stick the pepper strips onto the patties as spider legs, form eyes from mayonnaise and capers, and create a mouth with a piece of pepper.
