Ingredients

  • 400 g winter radish
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 800 g mixed ground meat
  • 2 tbsp plant oil
  • 3 leaves Chinese cabbage
  • ground cumin
  • Salt
  • freshly ground pepper
  • 100 g Sour cream
  • ½ box garden cress

Instructions

    Peel the radish and garlic; finely chop the garlic, slice the radish into rounds then cut into strips. Brown the ground meat in a hot pan with oil until crumbly. Add the radish and garlic and cook together for 2‑3 minutes until golden brown.

    While cooking, wash, trim, and shred the cabbage. Mix it under the meat, cook for another 1‑2 minutes, then season with cumin, salt, and pepper. Remove from heat, stir in the sour cream and adjust seasoning. Serve garnished with trimmed garden cress.
