Ingredients

  • 600 g mixed ground meat
  • 60 g breadcrumbs
  • 2 small onions
  • 2 Garlic cloves
  • 2 Eggs
  • Salt
  • Pepper (freshly ground)
  • 1 tsp curry powder
  • 1 tsp sweet paprika
  • 3 tbsp chopped parsley
  • 30 g Butter
  • 400 g Tomatoes
  • 2 zucchinis
  • fresh sage strips
  • curry herb

Instructions

    Peel and finely dice the onions and garlic. Mix the ground meat, onion and garlic cubes, eggs, breadcrumbs, spices and parsley; knead well. Season the mixture heavily with salt and pepper and shape into patties. Heat butter in a pan, brown the patties on both sides over medium heat, remove and keep warm.

    Briefly blanch the tomatoes in boiling water, peel, cut off stems, deseed and dice the flesh. Clean and slice the zucchinis. Sauté tomatoes and zucchini in the pan fat, season with salt and pepper. Arrange the patties and tomato‑vegetable mix on plates, garnish with sage and curry herb, and serve.
