Ingredients

  • 300 g fresh button mushrooms
  • 2 stalks leek
  • 0.5 bunch chives (about 15 g)
  • 1 Shallot
  • 2 tbsp Vegetable oil
  • 500 g mixed ground meat
  • 2 tbsp flour
  • 150 ml dry white wine
  • 600 ml Vegetable Broth
  • Salt
  • ground pepper
  • 150 g processed cheese

    Clean the mushrooms and slice them thinly. Wash, dry, and cut the leek into diagonal slivers. Wash, dry, and cut the chives into diagonal rolls. Dice the shallot finely. Heat oil in a pot and brown the ground meat until crumbly.

    Add the mushrooms, leeks, and diced shallot to the pot, sauté briefly, then sprinkle with flour. Pour in white wine and broth, season with salt and pepper, and simmer over medium heat for 15-20 minutes. Stir in the processed cheese until melted, let it bubble briefly, then ladle into preheated bowls. Garnish with chive rolls before serving.
