Ingredients
- 600 g zucchini
- 3 Garlic cloves
- 8 tbsp olive oil
- Salt
- Pepper
- 150 g feta (45% fat in dry matter)
- 2 sprigs mint for garnish

Clean and wash the zucchini, then cut diagonally into slices about 0.7 cm thick. Peel and finely chop the garlic, mix with olive oil, salt, and pepper; drizzle over the zucchini slices and let sit for about an hour.

Crumb the feta into pieces, rinse and dry the mint leaves, then pick off individual sprigs. Preheat the grill, place the zucchini slices on the hot grates, turning them every few minutes to cook for 6–8 minutes total. Continuously drizzle with the garlic oil while grilling. Arrange the grilled zucchini on a plate, sprinkle with feta, and garnish with mint before serving.
