Ingredients
- 4 slices veal cutlet
- 2 Tomatoes
- 100 g Mozzarella
- 100 g herb butter
- 1 Garlic clove
- 4 tbsp parsley
- wood skewers
- Salt
- Pepper
- 1 tbsp Olive Oil

With a sharp knife, cut a pocket into the meat. Wash and pat dry the meat, then season inside and out with salt and pepper. Wash and pat dry the tomatoes.

Peel the garlic and slice it together with mozzarella, tomatoes, and half of the herb butter. Alternately fill the pockets with these slices. Secure with wood skewers, brush with oil, and place on the grill.

Grill for 10 minutes while turning. Garnish with remaining herb butter and parsley before serving.
