Ingredients
- 1 kg pre‑made turkey roll roast
- Salt
- Pepper
- 2 tbsp Tomato paste
- 1 tbsp mustard
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 Garlic cloves
- 1 tsp paprika powder

Wash the turkey roll roast, pat dry, season with salt and pepper. Skewer it on a rotating spit and secure firmly.

Whisk together tomato paste, mustard, olive oil, and paprika to make a marinade. Peel and chop the garlic, add it to the marinade. Rub the turkey roll roast all over with the mixture.

Cook in a preheated rotating grill at medium heat for 60 minutes until golden brown, basting frequently with the marinade. Remove from the spit and slice into rounds.
