Ingredients
- 4 tuna steaks (≈220 g each)
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 3 tbsp Soy sauce
- 400 g fresh spinach leaves
- 75 ml vegetable broth
- 100 g cream cheese
- Salt
- freshly ground pepper
- 2 tbsp sesame seeds
- 2 tbsp sesame oil

Rinse the tuna and pat dry. Mix lemon juice with soy sauce and drizzle over the fish; let marinate for about 10 minutes.

Meanwhile, wash, trim, and discard stems of spinach. In hot broth, wilt spinach until tender. Stir in cream cheese and season with salt and pepper.

Drain the tuna slightly and coat with sesame seeds. Heat oil in a pan. Add tuna and sear each side briefly (about 2 minutes total) depending on thickness.

Arrange wilted spinach on bowls, slice tuna steaks into strips, and serve atop the spinach.
