Ingredients
- 4 trout (about 350 g each, ready to cook)
- 2 untreated lemons
- 4 Spring Onions
- 1 bundle dill
- Salt
- black pepper (freshly ground)
- 4 tbsp rapeseed oil
- melissa for garnish
Instructions

Wash and pat dry the trout inside and out. Wash lemons hot and slice them with the peel into rounds. Trim the root ends and wilted parts from the spring onions, wash them, and cut lengthwise in half. Rinse the dill, shake off excess water, and pluck the tips. Season the trout inside and out with salt and pepper. Place lemon slices, onion halves, and dill inside each fish. Brush each fish with 1 Tbsp oil.

Wrap the trout in aluminum foil. Preheat the grill to medium heat and grill for about 18 minutes, turning occasionally.

Serve garnished with melissa alongside potatoes or rice.
