Ingredients
- 8 small mushrooms
- 125 g tofu (8 cubes)
- 1 thin stalk of leek
- Salt
- white pepper
- light soy sauce
- Cayenne pepper
- 4 tbsp peanut butter
- 4 tsp salted roasted peanuts
- 4 tbsp milk
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- 1 pinch chili paste (e.g., sambal oelek, harissa)

Clean the leek and cut into 2–3 cm rings; rinse and drain. Clean the mushrooms. Skewer by alternating one mushroom, one tofu cube, and one leek piece on each stick. Season with salt, pepper, and cayenne pepper, then grill until browned all around.

Heat milk in a small saucepan, dissolve peanut butter in it, stir in soy sauce and chili paste. Roughly chop peanuts; fold them into the sauce and adjust seasoning.
