Ingredients

  • 600 g beef fillet (prepped, trimmed)
  • 1 red bell pepper
  • 1 green bell pepper
  • 2 onions
  • 2 corn cobs (canned)
  • 4 Sage leaves
  • 6 tbsp Olive oil
  • 0.5 sprig thyme
  • Salt
  • pepper (ground)

Instructions

    Wash the beef fillet, pat dry and cut into bite‑size cubes.

  2. 2.

    Wash the peppers, halve them, remove seeds and cut into bite‑size pieces.

  3. 3.

    Peel the onions and cut into wedges. Quarter the corn cobs.

  4. 4.

    Thread everything alternately onto large skewers.

    Coarsely chop the sage leaves, mix with olive oil and add thyme sprigs. Brush the skewers with this mixture and cover to marinate for about 1 hour.

    Season with salt and pepper and grill turning occasionally for about 10–12 minutes.
