Ingredients

  • 700 g large shrimp (prepped, peeled and deveined)
  • 100 ml sweet-and-sour chili sauce

    Preheat the grill.

    Wash the shrimp, pat dry, mix with the chili sauce, thread onto wooden skewers, and place on the hot grill. Grill for about 4 minutes on each side and serve arranged on a platter. Optionally serve with salad alongside the grilled shrimp skewers.
