Grilled Roast Beef

Ingredients

  • 4 Roastbeef (220 g-280 g)
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Sea salt
  • coarsely ground pepper

Instructions

    Take the meat out of the refrigerator about 30 minutes before grilling to make it more tender. Wash, pat dry and brush with oil. Season with salt and pepper and place on the grill.

    Grilling time varies depending on meat quality and thickness.

    With the lid closed, flip after 3-4 minutes and cook for another 3-4 minutes until pink (internal temperature about 55°C).

    Remove grilled roast beef from the grill and serve.
