Spoonsparrow grilled pineapple with rum: a great dessert for the grill party on warm summer evenings!
Ingredients
- 1 pineapple
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp rum
- 1 tbsp liquid butter
Instructions

Peel the pineapple: first cut off the crown, then slice around the stem in strips and remove the eyes separately.

Slice the fruit into about 2 cm thick rounds. Mix honey, rum and butter; brush the pineapple slices with the mixture and grill for 5 minutes, turning halfway through. Serve the grilled pineapple with rum.
