Ingredients

  • 2 ripe pears (e.g., Williams Christ)
  • 4 tbsp Lemon juice
  • 150 g ricotta
  • 4 tbsp Honey
  • cinnamon powder
  • chocolate (fresh shaved)
  • mint

    Preheat the grill.

    Wash the pears, peel if desired, quarter them, remove the core and brush with a little lemon juice. Grill each cut side for 2-3 minutes on the hot grill.

    Meanwhile, whisk the ricotta with 2 tbsp honey and the remaining lemon juice until smooth.

    Arrange two pear quarters on a plate, spread the ricotta over them, drizzle with the remaining honey, and sprinkle cinnamon and chocolate. Garnish with mint and serve.
