Ingredients

  • 4 peaches
  • oil for grilling
  • 1 untreated lime
  • 40 ml orange liqueur
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 8 scoops lemon ice cream
  • lemon balm for garnish

Instructions

    Wash, halve, and pit the peaches. Place them cut side down on a greased grill and cook for about 5 minutes. Flip and grill for another ~5 minutes until hot.

    Grate the lime zest over the warm lime, then squeeze out the juice.

    Whisk together the liqueur, honey, and 2 tbsp lime juice until smooth. Arrange peaches on plates, drizzle with sauce, top each half with a scoop of lemon ice cream, and garnish with lime zest and lemon balm leaves.
