Grilled Lamb Rack

Ingredients

  • 1 kg lamb rack
  • 2 sprigs Rosemary
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 30 g margarine (2 tbsp)
  • 3 tbsp coarse mustard
  • 2 tbsp breadcrumbs

Instructions

    Rinse the lamb meat under cold water and pat dry.

  2. 2.

    Wash rosemary, shake off excess moisture, pluck and chop needles. Peel garlic and chop as well.

  3. 3.

    Mix margarine with mustard, breadcrumbs, rosemary and garlic. Brush the meat with this mixture, place it on a hot grill and grill for 20–25 minutes, turning occasionally.
