Grilled Honey Pineapple

Ingredients

  • 800 g pineapple (1 whole fruit)
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp liquid butter
  • 1 Organic lemon

Instructions

    Trim the top and bottom of the pineapple to create flat surfaces, then peel it thoroughly, removing all brown spots. Cut lengthwise into quarters, trim off the core, and halve each quarter again to make eighths. Insert a wooden skewer into each slice.

    Whisk together honey and butter; brush the mixture onto the pineapple slices. Grill over high heat for 5 minutes, turning halfway through.

    Wash the lemon in hot water, pat dry, grate its zest, and sprinkle it over the grilled pineapple pieces. Serve immediately.
