  • 600 g Pimento (mild bell peppers)
  • 4 tbsp olive oil
  • coarse Sea salt

Instructions

    Wash the pimentos, pat them dry and fry in hot oil in a pan for about 10 minutes while stirring until they begin to bubble.

    Sprinkle with sea salt while still hot and serve warm.
