Grilled Fruit Skewers with Sauce

Ingredients
- 300 g small papaya (1 small papaya)
- 1 Mango
- 250 g pineapple flesh
- 250 g strawberries
- 3 tbsp Rapeseed oil
- 1 tbsp liquid honey
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 passion fruit
- 150 g Yogurt (1.5% fat)
- 50 g coconut cream
- 2 sprigs Mint

Peel the papaya, halve it and remove the seeds. Peel the mango and cut the flesh from the pit. Cut pineapple flesh, mango and papaya into bite‑size pieces. Wash and clean strawberries. Thread the fruits alternately onto skewers.

Whisk oil with honey and lemon juice and brush the skewers with this mixture. Grill over high heat, turning regularly, for 5–6 minutes until browned, brushing again with oil as needed.

For the dip cut the passion fruit in half and pour the flesh into a bowl. Stir in yogurt and coconut cream.

Wash mint, shake dry, pluck the leaves and roughly chop them.

Remove skewers from grill, place on a plate, sprinkle with mint and serve with the dip.
