Ingredients
- 400 g sheep cheese
- 150 g dried soft tomato (dried)
- 3 Garlic cloves
- 3 tbsp pine nuts
- 1 handful thyme
- 4 tbsp olive oil
- pepper (from grinder)
Instructions

Cut the feta in half lengthwise and place each slice on a piece of foil. Distribute the tomatoes over them. Peel the garlic, roughly chop or slice it, and sprinkle with the pine nuts over the tomatoes. Rinse the thyme, shake dry, lay the sprigs on the packets. Drizzle each with 1 tbsp olive oil, grind pepper over, fold the foil together and seal the top.
