Grilled Feta

Ingredients

  • 400 g feta cheese
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 sprigs Rosemary
  • 150 g blueberries
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 2 tbsp Red wine vinegar

Instructions

    Place the feta in stainless steel bowls. Peel and finely chop the garlic, then distribute it over the feta. Season with pepper and drizzle 1 tbsp of olive oil on top. Grill for about 15 minutes.

    Meanwhile, heat the remaining oil in a small saucepan. Add the rosemary sprigs and let them infuse at low heat for 3–4 minutes.

    Add the blueberries and honey to the pan and simmer briefly. Deglaze with vinegar and reduce for 2–3 minutes.

    Pour the blueberry‑rosemary sauce over the grilled feta and serve.
